Benjamín Bastida was born in Barcelona in 1978.
Trained as an Industrial Designer in the Elisava school in Barcelona and Konstfack,
University College of Arts, Crafts and Design in Stockholm.
Master in Industrial Design and Product Creation in 2003 at the Universitat
Politècnica de Catalunya, completed his training in The Netherlands and Finland.
Carried out a large part of his professional career as project manager for companies
such as BLux, Concept, Uraldi or Blau. He ahs also worked in Milan for Fiat Auto
S.p.A. developing new automobile concepts for Lancia.

Joan Verdugo Damunt was born in Barcelona in 1978.
Studied Industrial Design at the Elisava School in Barcelona.
When he finished his studies, he worked on several relevant studies for
Ybargüengoitia Associados, Stefano Colli Arquitectos, Estudio Mariscal, Emiliana
Studio and Base Design.
From 2002 to 2006 he worked in close partnership with Joan Gaspar, carrying out
household lighting and furniture projects.
From 2006 to 2008 he presented his first two Nagy and Amanita products from the
manufacturer Marset Iluminación.

Currently, both are managing EXTRABONUS in Barcelona, sharing work training,
experience and philosophy. They are undertaking projects for companies such as
Grupo Morenilla Mobiliario de Oficina, Marset Iluminación or Mondano designs.
